Extracting masked values

Values in a mask can be extracted from all studies and analyses and saved in a text file called extract_(name_of_the_mask).txt, e.g. extract_left_putamen.txt, which can be easily imported to Microsoft Excel or similar software.

To extract values

Press the button [Extract]

or:

Select [Extract] in the Tools menu, to open the following dialog:

Command-line and batch usage

extract mask file

Example:

extract mask_left_putamen
