SDM software (SPM)

Download SDM v1.21 for SPM

To run SDM software as an SPM (Statistical Parametric Mapping) link take the following steps.

  • Download, decompress and start SDM software v1.21: Download
  • Select [SPM extension] in the Tools menu. This will copy and create the necessary files and tell you to copy and paste a command into Matlab's console. You can then close and remove the downloaded SDM software if you wish to do so.
  • Afterwards, open the tutorial file (Tutorial.pdf) and go to the SDM Reference Manual to learn how to use the software
Linux   Linux users: To start the software click a file called sdm. If the program does not execute follow the steps here.

Windows   Windows users: To start the software click a file called sdm.exe, whose icon is a green brain. If some components do not execute you might have to move the files to a local drive as specified here.
